Returns & Refunds — Because Transparency Matters
Here at Fabled Press, we want you to feel completely confident when you shop with us. We value clear communication, fair policies, and keeping things simple — no confusing fine print here. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about cancellations, returns, and replacements.
💬 Need Help First:
If something’s not quite right, reach out before anything else at fabledpresscontact@gmail.com or our Live chat. We can usually sort out most issues quickly and save you the hassle of going through your bank or payment provider.
📦 Damaged or Defective Books
I get it — nothing’s worse than a book arriving in rough shape. I do ask you appreciate each book is handmade so all are slightly different and unique; however I hold myself to a really high standard and never send out a book I wouldn’t be happy to receive myself.
If your order shows up damaged or defective:
- Contact with photos of the issue so it can be reviewed.
- Once approved, we will send a replacement copy at no cost to you.
- Please make sure the book is returned in its original packaging and condition when possible.
I don’t typically offer refunds for damaged items, but instead make sure you receive a new copy where appropriate.
I only offer replacements for damaged or defective books, not exchanges for different titles. If you need a replacement copy, send a note and I’ll happily guide you through the process step by step.
📦 Returns
Due to the limited preorder nature of my rebinds, I do not offer returns; however I am willing to assess these rare situations on a case by case basis. At the end of the day I am so proud of my work and want all my customers also so proud to own it. 🩵
🕓 Changing Your Mind (Cancellations)
Plans change, and that’s okay! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, it’s usually already in processing and can’t be stopped.
Keep in mind:
- Special edition pre-orders (like Any Collector Rebinds) can’t be cancelled after 24 hours due to their limited nature.
🚚 Shipping, Tracking & Customs
- You’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships so you can keep an eye on its journey.
- Customs or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer — shipping costs cover postage and handling only.
- Keep your order confirmation or receipt handy; it helps locate your order quickly if you ever need support.
⚠️ About Chargebacks
I take pride in providing fair and friendly service.
Submitting a false chargeback or claim will lead to a permanent ban from future purchases. Let’s work together — I’m always happy to help and want to make things right.
